Farrel-McWhirter Farm Park Fits A Toddler Morning

Farrel-McWhirter Farm Park in Redmond has the right scale for a toddler morning. There are farm animals, easy trails, and enough open space to stop without holding up an itinerary.

My plan is deliberately short:

• arrive after breakfast
• visit the animals first
• walk one easy trail if everyone still has energy
• have a snack, then leave

This does not need to become a full-day zoo trip. An hour of goats, paths, and grass is plenty when the point is to show the toddler something new.
