Kelsey Creek Farm Works Before Lunch

Kelsey Creek Farm Park in Bellevue fits a toddler morning without requiring a full-day plan. Admission is free, and the barns, paths, and playground give us several easy stopping points.

My short version:

• arrive in the morning, before lunch and nap become deadlines
• visit the barns first while everyone still wants to walk
• use the stroller for the paths between stops
• finish at the playground
• bring a snack and leave when it is gone

The park is enough of an outing to feel different from a neighborhood walk, but small enough that leaving after an hour is not a failed trip.
